These Terms of Use apply to the use of transferfirsati.com, operated by Transfer Fırsatı (“Transfer Fırsatı”), and to transfer bookings made through it. Son güncelleme / Last updated: October 15, 2026
Scope and Parties
These terms govern the relationship between Transfer Fırsatı and any person who visits the website or requests a private airport, hotel or address transfer through it (the “Customer”). By using the website or submitting a booking request, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. A person booking on behalf of others must make these terms known to the other passengers.
For Customers who are consumers, the provisions of Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation remain reserved; these terms do not limit any mandatory provisions of that legislation.
How a Booking Is Formed
- The Customer selects a route and a vehicle on the website, enters their full name, email, phone number, flight number (optional), hotel or address, and the names and dates of birth of the passengers, and may add a return transfer.
- Submitting the form is a booking request. The contract is formed when Transfer Fırsatı sends a booking confirmation by email together with a PDF voucher.
- The booking can be looked up on the website using the PNR code together with the phone number or email address.
- The Customer should check the details in the confirmation email and contact Transfer Fırsatı immediately if anything is incorrect.
Customer Obligations
- Provide correct and complete flight, pickup address, contact and passenger details; the Customer is responsible for delays or problems caused by incorrect or missing information.
- Be ready at the meeting point at the agreed pickup time and remain reachable by phone.
- Ensure that the number of passengers and the amount of luggage match the capacity of the selected vehicle; if capacity is exceeded, the service may not be possible with the same vehicle.
- Request a child seat when booking and enter the ages of child passengers correctly.
- Follow the driver’s safety instructions, wear a seat belt and not damage the vehicle or harm other people.
- Not smoke, vape or use similar products in the vehicle. The driver may stop the service in the event of behaviour that endangers safety or is abusive.
Obligations of Transfer Fırsatı
- Carry out the transfer on the confirmed date and time with the confirmed vehicle class.
- For airport pickups, provide meet & greet service with the driver holding a name sign.
- Where a flight number is given, track the flight and wait free of charge for 60 minutes from the actual landing time.
- Provide a free child seat on request.
- Provide the service with vehicles holding the permits required for commercial passenger transport and with authorised drivers, and make the passenger notifications required by law.
Price and Payment
Prices are per vehicle and are shown on the website before the booking is completed. No online payment is taken on the website. Payment is made to the driver in the vehicle during the transfer using the following methods: cash or credit or debit card. The price stated in the booking confirmation applies unless the Customer requests changes (for example to the route, vehicle class or additional stops).
Changes and Cancellations
Changes to the date, time or address can be made free of charge, subject to availability, up to 24 hours before pickup. A booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup. For later cancellations or if the Customer does not show up at the meeting point, Transfer Fırsatı may charge up to the full transfer price; details are agreed per booking. Delays and Force Majeure
Transfer Fırsatı cannot be held responsible for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond its control, such as traffic, weather, road closures, accidents, decisions of public authorities, strikes or natural disasters. In such cases it will inform the Customer as soon as possible and try to offer reasonable alternatives. If the free waiting time has passed and the Customer cannot be reached, the booking may be treated as a no-show.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the liability of Transfer Fırsatı is limited to the transfer service itself. Indirect losses arising from missed flights, hotel check-ins, tours or other connected services are excluded unless caused by intent or gross negligence of Transfer Fırsatı. Passengers are covered by compulsory passenger insurance in accordance with legal obligations. Except where liability arises by law, Transfer Fırsatı is not responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle. The statutory rights of consumers remain unaffected.
Intellectual Property
Texts, images, logos, design and software on the website belong to Transfer Fırsatı or its licensors. They may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission. Overloading the website with automated tools or attempting to bypass its security measures is prohibited.
Personal Data
Personal data processed during booking and use of the website is processed under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). For details, please see the Privacy Policy and KVKK Information Notice.
Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by Turkish law. Customers who are consumers may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts within the monetary limits announced each year. For other disputes, the courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Türkiye have jurisdiction. In case of discrepancy the Turkish version prevails.
