This document is both the information notice required by Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and the privacy policy of our website. It explains in plain language why we process your personal data, on which legal basis, with whom we share it and for how long we keep it. In case of discrepancy the Turkish version prevails.

Categories of Personal Data We Process
- Identity: first and last name.
- Contact: email address and phone number.
- Travel and flight data: flight number, pickup and drop-off address or hotel, transfer date and time, and any return trip.
- Passenger data: names and dates of birth of the passengers provided by the person making the booking (for the passenger list and child seat needs).
- Booking and transaction data: booking (PNR) code, selected route and vehicle, booking status, cancellation and change records.
- Communication content: messages you send us via the contact form, email or WhatsApp.
- Security data: IP address, access logs, browser and device information.
- Cookie and analytics data: the language preference cookie, security cookies and, if you consent, usage data collected through analytics cookies.
No online payment is taken on the site, so your card details are not processed through our website. Payment is made in the vehicle during the transfer.
How We Collect Personal Data
We collect your personal data through the booking and contact forms on our website, by email, WhatsApp and phone, and through cookies and server logs when you visit the site, by partly or fully automated means.
Purposes of Processing
- Creating and confirming your booking, sending the booking confirmation and PDF voucher, and letting you look up your booking.
- Performing the transfer: assigning a chauffeur, meet and greet, flight tracking and preparing a child seat where requested.
- Handling cancellations, changes, requests and complaints, and answering your questions.
- Complying with U-ETDS reporting for commercial passenger transport, tax and accounting law and other legal obligations.
- Keeping the site secure, preventing abuse and excessive requests, and keeping access logs under Law No. 5651.
- With your consent, analysing site usage to improve our services.
Legal Bases
We process your personal data on the following legal bases under Article 5 of the KVKK:
- Conclusion or performance of a contract: providing the booking and transfer service.
- Compliance with a legal obligation: U-ETDS reporting, tax and accounting law, Law No. 5651 and requests from competent authorities.
- Legitimate interest: site and system security, abuse prevention and responding to your requests, provided this does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.
- Establishing, exercising or protecting a right: using records in the event of a dispute.
- Explicit consent: where consent is required, for example for analytics cookies. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
Recipients and Transfers
Your personal data may be shared with the following recipients only to the extent necessary for the purposes above:
- The assigned chauffeur: name, phone, flight and pickup address so that the transfer can be carried out.
- The Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure U-ETDS system: passenger data as required by law.
- Competent public authorities and courts: only upon a lawful request.
- Cloudflare: content delivery and website security.
- Google Analytics: site usage analysis, only if you consent.
- Our hosting provider: hosting of the website and database.
- WhatsApp: only if you choose to contact us via WhatsApp.
Emails are sent through our company's own mail server. Some service providers (for example Cloudflare and Google) may process data on servers abroad. Such transfers take place in accordance with the safeguards set out in Article 9 of the KVKK or, where required, on the basis of your explicit consent.
Cookies
Our site uses the NEXT_LOCALE cookie to remember your language preference. Cloudflare may set the __cf_bm or cf_clearance cookies for security purposes. Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*) are used only with your consent. An administrative session cookie exists only for authorised staff and is not set for visitors. You can also manage cookies in your browser settings.
Retention
We keep your personal data for as long as needed for the purpose for which it is processed and for the periods required by law, such as tax and accounting rules, U-ETDS and Law No. 5651. After that, the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Access logs are kept for a limited period.
Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent unlawful processing of and access to your personal data. These include encrypted connections, restricted access rights, rate limiting and abuse prevention mechanisms, and monitoring of security logs. No system can guarantee absolute security, but we take due care to reduce risks.
Children's Data
Our services are not directed at children. Names and dates of birth of minor passengers are provided only by the adult making the booking, for the transfer, the passenger list and child seat needs. The person providing this information confirms that they are authorised to do so and that they have passed this notice on to the passengers concerned.
Your Rights under Article 11 of the KVKK
As a data subject, you have the right to:
- learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, request information about it;
- learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose;
- know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom the data is transferred;
- request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data;
- request deletion or destruction of the data under the conditions set out in the KVKK;
- request that third parties to whom the data was transferred be notified of such correction, deletion or destruction;
- object to a result against you arising solely from analysis by automated systems;
- claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
How to Apply and Right to Complain
You can send requests regarding your rights in writing, together with information that allows us to verify your identity, to Güzelyalı Mah. Havalimanı Cad. No:123 Muratpaşa, Antalya or to [email protected]. We will respond as soon as possible, depending on the nature of the request, and within the legal period. If your application is rejected, you find the response insufficient or we do not respond in time, you may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board (KVKK Kurulu).

We may update this notice to reflect changes in the law or in our services. The current version is always published on this page, and the date of the last update is shown at the top.
