What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that your browser stores on your device when you visit a website. They allow a site to remember, for example, the language you have chosen, to carry out security checks or to measure in general terms how the site is used. Some cookies are deleted when you close your browser (session cookies); others remain on your device for a certain period (persistent cookies). Similar to cookies, the browser's local storage (local storage / session storage) also lets a site keep certain information on your device.
This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies our site uses, for what purposes, on what legal basis, and how you can manage them. For detailed information on the processing of your personal data, please see the "Privacy Policy and KVKK Information Notice" page on our site.
Cookie categories we use
Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are required for the site to work, to keep it secure and to display it in your preferred language. Without them the site may not function properly, so they are used unless you block them in your browser settings.
- NEXT_LOCALE – Provider: Transfer Fırsatı (first party) – Purpose: remembers your language preference (Turkish, English, German or Russian) so that pages are shown in the same language on later visits – Type: persistent (up to the period set by the provider).
- __cf_bm – Provider: Cloudflare – Purpose: helps the content delivery and security service protecting our site distinguish human visitors from automated bot traffic – Type: persistent (up to the short period set by the provider).
- cf_clearance – Provider: Cloudflare – Purpose: records that you have successfully passed a security check, so the check does not have to be repeated on every page – Type: persistent (up to the period set by the provider).
A separate session cookie exists only for the administration panel used by our authorised staff; it is not set for site visitors.
Analytics cookies
To understand how our site is used, measure which pages are visited and improve our service, we use Google Analytics, provided by Google LLC. These cookies produce aggregated, statistical information and are not used to identify you directly.
- _ga – Provider: Google – Purpose: distinguishes visitors from one another to compile statistics on visits and page views – Type: persistent (up to the period set by the provider).
- Cookie beginning with _ga_ (linked to the measurement ID) – Provider: Google – Purpose: stores the session state and continuity of a visit – Type: persistent (up to the period set by the provider).
Data collected through Google Analytics (for example device and browser information, pages visited, approximate location and online identifiers) may be transferred by Google to servers outside Türkiye and processed abroad. Such transfers are carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
Advertising and marketing cookies
Our site does not use cookies for advertising, retargeting or marketing purposes. Your visit information is not shared with advertising networks.
Local storage
The booking form may use your browser's local storage to keep the details you enter during search and booking (for example the selected route, date and vehicle) so that they are not lost when you move between pages. This information is kept only on your device, is not sent to our server as a cookie and is used for no purpose other than making the booking process easier. You can delete it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
Legal basis
Personal data processed through cookies is processed under the KVKK on the following legal grounds:
- Strictly necessary cookies and local storage: processing is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (KVKK Article 5(2)(c)) and is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (KVKK Article 5(2)(f)) – for example site security and remembering your language preference.
- Analytics cookies: your explicit consent (KVKK Article 5(1)). The transfer of analytics data abroad is also based on your explicit consent or on the other transfer mechanisms provided for in KVKK Article 9.
About cookie consent
On your first visit a cookie consent banner is shown. Google Analytics is loaded only if you choose Accept; without consent, or if you choose Reject, no analytics cookies are used and no measurement requests are sent to Google. Your choice is stored for 180 days and you can change it at any time via the Cookie settings link at the bottom of the page. If you withdraw consent, existing analytics cookies are deleted.
How to manage or delete cookies
Most browsers accept cookies by default, but you can view, delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, some parts of the site (for example the language preference or the security check) may not work properly.
- Google Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Third-party cookies / Site data.
- Mozilla Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data.
- Safari: Settings (Preferences) → Privacy → Manage Website Data.
- Microsoft Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Manage and delete cookies and site data.
- Mobile devices: the privacy or site data section in your browser app's settings.
You can also opt out of analytics measurement by using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on provided by Google. Menu names may vary depending on the browser version; please refer to your browser's help pages for up-to-date information.
Withdrawing your consent
You can withdraw your consent to analytics cookies at any time. To do so, you can delete and block the relevant cookies in your browser, use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, or write to us at [email protected]. Once a cookie consent banner is introduced, you will also be able to change your preferences there. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
Your rights and contact
Your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK (to learn whether your data is processed, to request correction, deletion, to object, etc.) and how to exercise them are explained in detail on our "Privacy Policy and KVKK Information Notice" page. You can send your requests by email to [email protected] or in writing to Güzelyalı Mah. Havalimanı Cad. No:123 Muratpaşa, Antalya. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board (KVKK Kurulu).
This Cookie Policy may be updated whenever the technologies we use or the applicable legislation change. The current version is always published on this page and the date at the top of the page is updated.
